NGC Hermann Hosaeus 1913 25th Anniversary Medallion. Very rare 25th anniversary of kaiser Wilhelm ii silver medallion. Made by famed german sculptor Hermann Hosaeus who made some of the most famous public sculptures in imperial germany including the mozart fountain in dresden, and Bismark bust. This was made during his tenure as professor at the Berlin arts academy. This was recovered in a collection of ww2 veteran bring back items with ww2 german rare medals like cholm shield.
During bring back and storage it received just the slightest signs if wear leading to an Au58 grade by NGC. This is a huge medallion, dollar bill is pictured for size comparison. NGC guaranteed genuine and new encapsulation.
