1799-Dated Washington Funeral Urn Medal NGC F15 (Silver, B-166A)

Struck by Jacob Perkins after the death of the President. Typically found with a hole at the top for use as a necklace. A wonderfully preserved example with traces of luster and bold detail remaining. The entire country mourned the loss of this hero, and his fame cannot be understated. Struck in the rarer metal of silver for this issue.
